Steinbock (German for Capricorn)
Named after the old tale of the goat's (bock) fate that ate my grapes in the steep, slaty vineyards of Ockfen.
A crisp and fruity, dry-style Riesling with pronounced steely mineral flavors.
This wine is specially selected from my Saar valley vineyards to pair well with:
seafood, Asian/Fusion cuisine, poultry, veal, pork and salads.
